Refund Policy
At Everest Paints, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in providing high-quality products, and we strive to ensure a positive experience with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a product doesn’t meet your expectations. This policy outlines your rights regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns
You are entitled to return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please note that custom-tinted or sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:
- Email us at contact@everestpaints.com with your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a Returns Authorization Number and detailed instructions for returning the item.
Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization.
3. Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be included in your refund.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. You will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Please note:
- Refunds for items purchased via Shopify Payments will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card).
- Refunds for items purchased via PayPal will be credited back to your PayPal account.
Processing Times: Please be aware that depending on your payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account. Typically, PayPal refunds process faster than credit card refunds.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend the following steps:
- First, check your bank or PayPal account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
- If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@everestpaints.com.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange a damaged or faulty product for the same item, please email us at contact@everestpaints.com.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These include:
- Custom-tinted paints
- Sale items
- Items that have been used or opened
