PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Introducing Everest Paints - Ultimate Gate & Railing Paint, an oil-based coating that stands at the pinnacle of performance and durability. Utilising long oil alkyd resin, this product delivers a premium gloss finish, tailored for a multitude of industrial applications. Its design caters to both interior and exterior projects, offering a versatile solution for comprehensive coating needs.

This paint is ideally suited for metal, wood, concrete, existing well-bonded paint, and most porous surfaces, showcasing its adaptability. It is specifically crafted for direct application to metal, providing excellent adherence and a protective layer against corrosion and impact, making it the perfect choice for gates, railings, and other metal fixtures prone to rust and degradation.

Application is made easy and efficient with the use of a brush, roller, airless sprayer, or H.V.L.P sprayer, recommending two coats for optimal coverage and protection. The paint dries to the touch within 6 - 8 hours at 18°C and is ready for overcoating in the same timeframe.

This paint is particularly designed for gates, railings, and similar structures needing high durability and resistance against weathering and corrosion. Its versatility makes it suitable for a broad range of surfaces including metal, wood, concrete, and more.

COLOURS AVAILABLE

COVERAGE
Theoretical coverage is approximately 6 - 8 square metres per litre, per coat, with a recommended coating thickness of 50 microns. This ensures comprehensive coverage and minimal product usage.

STORAGE AND SAFETY
The product maintains its quality for 24 months when stored properly and kept sealed away from frost. Cleaning can be done with white spirits and standard thinners, facilitating easy maintenance.

SIZES AVAILABLE
Available in 5 Litre, 20 Litre, and 200 Litre variants, accommodating both small-scale and large-scale projects efficiently.

NOTE ON PRIMER USE
For bare, uncoated metal or areas with exposed rust, it is advisable to prime the surface with Everest Trade - Anti-Corrosive Oxide Primer before application to ensure maximum adhesion and longevity of the paint application.
